This Victorian flat got a complete remodel. We started with major structural work to open up the kitchen space, gutted and refitted two bathrooms and added new flooring throughout. Custom curved windows were fabricated to match the originals. The marble fireplace surrounds were redone and gas inserts added. The project was finished off with custom cut wood molding, lincrusta wainscot and new tile.
